Your Account

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing typically takes between 5 and 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only verified real-money winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• zf999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at our discretion.

Promotions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account, including sharing login credentials with or accepting funds from another player.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account or withdraw funds.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting patterns designed to defraud zf999 or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform, its software, or its content without the express written permission of zf999.

zf999 monitors player activity continuously for indicators of abuse, fraud, and prohibited behaviour. Where such conduct is detected, zf999 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, close accounts, and pursue all available legal remedies.
